Steve Berry – The Green Guy
Following a career in the specialty chemical industry, Steve left to follow his passion of natural/green living and began publishing Natural Awakenings in the Phoenix/Tucson markets. While in Arizona, he became involved with another retail product…this time in the natural products category. The connection of chemical manufacturing knowledge melded with a blossoming green consumer products industry led him in new directions. Steve co-founded the Mountain Green brand of green cleaning products based in Tempe, Arizona. When the opportunity to get back to his Michigan roots and open a new facility presented itself, Steve gathered his family out of the pool because Michigan has the water, industry and most important, the people to truly grow a business.
Bill Grobbel – The Plant Guy
Bill has been in chemical manufacturing for more than 24 years. Before that, he was one of Michigan’s top farmers. His skill sets are unique to the industry providing a unique knack for equipment modifications and process development that help to maximize efficiencies.
Andy Thomas – The Lab Guy
Andy has been a specialty formulating chemist and quality assurance manager his entire career. Tapping into his many relationships with key chemical suppliers, Andy stays ahead of the curve sustainable product formula development.
